• World Patient Safety Day

    In response to the call from the World Health Organization, we strengthen the global understanding of patient safety and raise the awareness of pharmaceutical companies and employees on medical safety. In September 2021, we organized our employees to participate in the "Orange for Love” and "Sumitomo's Attitude” activities. Through "a word to patients", we aim to further increase public awareness and participation, enhance global awareness, promote global solidarity, and take action to improve patient safety.

    In September 2023, in response to the annual theme of "Patient Safety requires Patient Participation", employees are called on to pay attention to home medication safety.

    On September 17, 2024, World Patient Safety Day, we responded to the WHO's call for a wide-ranging public awareness campaign on medication safety through the popularization of the article “The Triple Realm of Children's Medication”, encouraging employees and the public to raise awareness of anti-infective medication safety for children.

    From 2022 to 2023, employees health sports activities have been held to improve staff sports and health awareness.

    From September to October 2024, based on the research and analysis of employees' sleep health status, experts from China and Japan were invited to conduct science popularization and special lectures on sleep health, providing suggestions to enhance employees' awareness of sleep health and improve their own sleep health quality.
